Only audio from the cashier interaction area is captured — no video, no tracking, and no personal data is stored beyond the interaction itself.

Raw audio is retained for 30 days, after which it is automatically deleted. Structured insights, scorecards, and coaching data are retained beyond that window so you always have historical performance context.
